Who you are dealing with
VYSON SDN. BHD., a company incorporated in Malaysia on 30 April 2007, registration no. 200701013475, of 1709, Jalan Tan Sai Gin, Taman Tan Sai Gin Baru, 14000 Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang. Using this site means you accept the terms on this page.
Prices
Every price on this site is in Malaysian Ringgit, and the price you see is the price you pay. Nothing is added at the checkout except delivery, and the delivery is shown to you before you confirm the order.
Prices and stock change. We try to keep the site right, but if something is priced or listed wrongly we will tell you before the order goes any further, and you can decide whether you still want it.
Placing an order
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, not when it is placed – which is what lets us stop an order on an item that has just sold out.
Delivery and returns
How your order reaches you, and what to do if it arrives damaged or wrong, is on the shipping and returns page. That page forms part of these terms.
Your rights
Nothing here removes the rights the Consumer Protection Act 1999 gives you. Goods have to match how they were described and be of acceptable quality, and no term on this page changes that.
What we are not responsible for
Toys are to be used the way the box says, by the age group the box says. Adult supervision is the buyer’s responsibility, and so is following the age warnings printed on the packaging.
Where something goes wrong with an order and we are liable to you for it, what we owe you is limited to the price you paid for that order, and to putting it right – replacing the item, or refunding it. We are not liable beyond that: not for time lost, profit lost, or an occasion missed. Nothing in this paragraph limits liability the law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and nothing in it touches your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

The words and photographs on this site belong to us. Product photographs supplied by manufacturers remain theirs. Please do not copy the site wholesale.
Changes
We may change these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
