A packing bench with flat cartons, kraft paper and a roll of red tape

Shipping & Returns

How an order gets to you, and what happens if it arrives wrong.

Getting your order

We send by courier and pass you the tracking number once the parcel is collected.

  • Postage. Worked out at checkout from your address and the weight of your order, at the courier’s rate on the day. You see the exact amount before you pay, and any order over RM 50 ships free.
  • Timing. Orders are packed and handed over within one to two working days, Monday to Saturday.

Check before you order

The fastest way to know whether we have something is to ask. Message us on WhatsApp with what you are after and we will check and come back to you.

If it arrives damaged or wrong

Tell us as soon as you open it. Photograph the item and the box before you throw any packaging away, then send the photos to us on WhatsApp with your order details. Do this within three days of the parcel arriving – a courier will not entertain a damage claim reported late, and neither can we.

We will send a replacement if we have another one in stock, and refund you if we do not. You do not pay the postage either way.

This sits on top of the rights you already have. Under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, goods sold in Malaysia have to match how they were described and be of acceptable quality, and nothing on this page takes that away.

What we cannot take back

Anything we could not resell for hygiene reasons: swimming rings, floats and armbands once they have been inflated or in the water, goggles, bubble and water toys once they have been filled, slime and putty, and anything sold in a sealed pack whose seal has been broken.

If something in that list is faulty, that is a different matter – the section above applies and we will sort it out.

If it stops working later

Most of what we sell is inexpensive plastic and battery powered, and none of it carries a manufacturer warranty. There is no card in the box to send off and no serial number to register.

Message us anyway. If a toy has failed in a way it should not have – a motor that never ran, a joint that snapped the first afternoon – that is a fault, and a fault is a different thing from wear. Wear is a bubble gun that has been fired two hundred times.

Still not sure

Ask us. It is faster than reading a policy, and we would rather sort it out than argue about it. How to reach us.
