Privacy Policy
What we do with the details you give us.
Who this is about
VYSON SDN. BHD. (Registration no. 200701013475), 1709, Jalan Tan Sai Gin, Taman Tan Sai Gin Baru, 14000 Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang. We are the data user for the purposes of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect
- When you order. Your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and what you bought.
- When you message us. Whatever you send on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, including your phone number or profile name.
- When you visit this site. Nothing about you. There is no analytics on this site, no advertising pixel and no tracker of any kind – we could not tell you how many people visited, only what was ordered. Your visit does appear in the ordinary web server log our hosting company keeps, the way it does on every website.
Why we hold it
To take the order, pack it, get it to you, answer you afterwards, and keep the records a business is required to keep. We do not use it for anything else, we do not sell it, and we do not send marketing to people who did not ask for it.
Who else sees it
- EasyParcel and the courier, so the parcel can be delivered. We book delivery through EasyParcel, and they and the courier get your name, delivery address and phone number, and nothing else.
- HitPay, our payment processor, when you pay. You enter your bank or card details on HitPay’s own payment page; we never see or keep them, and neither does this website. HitPay tells us whether the payment went through.
- Anyone we are required by law to give it to.
How long we keep it
As long as the law requires us to keep business records – seven years, for tax purposes – and no longer.
Cookies
This site sets nothing at all until you put a toy in the basket. When you do, WooCommerce writes two cookies, woocommerce_items_in_cart and woocommerce_cart_hash, and those are what let the basket survive you moving from one page to the next. Signing in or reaching the checkout adds a session cookie for the same reason. None of them follow you to other websites and none of them are used for advertising.
The fonts and the icons on this site are loaded from Google Fonts and unpkg. Those services see the address you are connecting from, as part of sending you the file.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to stop using it for a purpose you did not agree to. Message or call us and we will deal with it.
